Eduroam connectivity issues should now be resolved. We will continue to monitor throughout the day.
Eduroam WiFi will be unavailable on Wednesday 27th September, between 06:00 and 06:30 while we carry out essential network maintenance. Apologies for any disruption caused.
We are working with our network providers to resolve on ongoing issue with Eduroam which is affecting some users. Users affected by this issue will be able to connect to Eduroam, but will not be able to reach the internet.

Connections to Eduroam have improved and are now working normally for the majority of users.
If you still have a device which is connected to the Eduroam network but is unable to connect to the internet, please let us know by emailing itservicedesk@st-andrews.ac.uk
We are investigating a fault with Eduroam, where some devices will intermittently lose connection or remain connected but receive no data.
