The SITS/e:Vision upgrade is now complete, and is available for use.
Any issues with the service should be reported to the IT Service Desk.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
SITS client and eVision tools/services should be considered as unavailable from 08:00 am on Friday 8 November for a planned upgrade.
Those services should be considered 'at risk' on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th November
This includes all SITS-based tasks and automations (such as):
Applicant Portal
Decision Making
Direct Application Forms
Disability updates
Document manager
Fund Manager
C-View
Prizes and Awards allocations
Scholarship applications
Advance notice of this downtime has been made available to staff and students this week via a message on MySaint.
Further guidance has been provided separately to SITS users, regarding impact on downstream systems.
During the upgrade anyone attempting to access eVision content via MySaint or the Applicant Portal will be taken to a web page clearly indicating that scheduled work is taking place.
