Our UniDesk environment will undergo a period of scheduled maintenance on Sunday 16th of March - from 09:00 to 12:00.

The maintenance is expected to take 1 hour within that 3 hour window - but please consider it to be unavailable for the full 3 hour window.

This will mean that it will not be possible to log into either the UniDesk Operator or UniDesk Self Service portals, and make changes to calls.

Emails sent to 'importing mailboxes' during the downtime will be held in their mailboxes until the maintenance is complete, and then be imported into their respective groups once complete.

This information has also been provided to UniDesk Operators via Teams.
