Vodafone mobile services began recovering around 7pm yesterday evening.

Investigating

You may have seen reports online that Vodafone are experiencing significant service disruption across the UK, starting around 3pm this afternoon.

The majority of University-issued mobiles are on the Vodafone network.

Vodafone's status page will provide further information about service restoration.

If you do experience issues, please report them to the IT Service Desk, and we will review and assist accordingly.

For reference: Vodafone also provides the network for other suppliers, including Voxi, Asda Mobile, Lebara and TalkMobile.

If your personal phone is provided by those, and impacted - you would need to contact your provider.
