The licence issue with Nitro PDF Pro on University-issued Windows devices has now been resolved.

If your version of Nitro PDF Pro was impacted - please:

  • open Software Centre on your Windows device
  • search for Nitro and select the result
  • depending on what is displayed - select Install, or Uninstall - then Install

(please note the Uninstall step can take 5-10 minutes)

This should provide you with an updated version - with the renewed licence.

Investigating

We have received some reports that Nitro Pro is showing 'licence expired' and 'expired trial' this morning on University-issued PCs.

This is being investigated as a priority.

Nitro PDF Pro will still allow you to open PDFs for viewing, but the full features will not be available.

We will provide a further update once this progresses.
