The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
On Thursday 30th April - we will be carrying out an essential security software upgrade of our Parallels RAS service.
This is scheduled to take place from 7am to 9am.
During that time - access to services that use Parallels RAS Client from staff devices will be unavailable.
This includes SITS client, Raiser’s Edge, Scientia, ARX, Energy Manager (Estates) - among others.
Certain applications in AppsAnywhere that are launched via Parallels on Mac devices will also be unavailable during this period. (STATA, for example).
We would recommend that you save and close any work that you may be carrying out via Parallels RAS Client ahead of the maintenance window – as all sessions will be terminated.
In the days following, the Parallels RAS Client will also be updated - and those that use this, will see the client be updated on their PC.
