The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
On Tuesday, February 11th - we will be carrying out a planned software upgrade of our Parallels RAS service.
This is scheduled to take place from 7pm to 9pm.
During that time - access to services that use Parallels RAS Client from staff devices will be unavailable.
This includes SITS client, RaisersEdge, Scientia, ARX, Energy Manager (Estates) - among others.
We would recommend that you save and close any work that you may be carrying out via Parallels RAS Client ahead of the maintenance window – as all sessions will be terminated.
In the days following, the Parallels RAS Client will also be updated - and those that use this, will see the client be updated on their PC.
