Unidesk - Scheduled Upgrade this weekend

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Following successful upgrade of our Test Unidesk environment, our supplier are due to be upgrading the Live environment this weekend, during the agreed weekly maintenance window.
For reference - the regular window is:
- Fri 2230 - Sat 0300
- Sat 2230 - Sun 0300
The upgrade is due to happen overnight Saturday into Sunday.
While the maintenance is taking place:
- incoming emails will queue in their respective inboxes
- once the maintenance completes - the queued emails will import and create calls as normal
