This issue is only affecting physical desk phones with a handset.
Teams Telephony is not affected, and for the vast majority of users, our Telephone system is up and running as usual.
We are currently experience an issue with parts of Telephony system, where callers can be connected but will be unable to hear any sound. This is being investigated.
