Our 3rd party supplier have identified a networking issue and have put a remedial fix in place.

We believe the service is restored, but will continue to monitor.

If you continue to encounter issues connecting to the VPN, please report to the IT Service Desk.

Investigating

We have received a number of reports this morning of issues accessing resources from off campus, while connected to VPN via Cisco AnyConnect.

This is being investigated as a priority - and we will update this page accordingly as it progresses.
