Microsoft marked their incident reference MO1181369 as resolved overnight.
The closing comment: "After extended monitoring, we confirmed that impact stemming from the Azure configuration change has been resolved"

Services that use Microsoft sign-in are seen to be loading as expected.

Microsoft are experiencing an issue with their sign-in functionality, which impacts some of our services.
Observed behaviour:
Attempting to log into a service that uses Microsoft Sign-In (e.g. St Andrews email address and password)
