Microsoft sign-in functionality is recovering.

Services that use Microsoft sign-in are seen to be loading as expected.

Investigating

Microsoft are experiencing an issue with their sign-in functionality, which impacts some of our services.

Observed behaviour:

Attempting to log into a service that uses Microsoft Sign-In (e.g. St Andrews email address and password)

  • Pages are slow to load
  • Pages do not load in time and produce error messages

Microsoft are investigating, and we will update this post accordingly as that progresses.
