Student Record Card/ Messaging Service links - 'Forbidden' message

We have received a number of reports from staff that trying to access the Student Record Search returns a 'Forbidden' message.
The Student Record Search function remains available (for those with access) via the direct link: https://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/studentrecords/
The Messaging Service function remains available (for those with access) via the direct link: https://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/messaging/
The 'Forbidden' message is received when attempting to access the Data Warehouse page of the website, which links on to the Student Record/Messaging services. The link onto TRAC is functioning as normal.
This is being investigated and we will update this post accordingly.
