The supplier has resolved the fault with the new Eduroam app and normal service has been restored.

Some users are experiencing difficulty connecting to Eduroam this morning, due to an update to the mobile app 'GetEduroam'.

Until the vendor can release a fix, please onboard devices using the web method: https://cat.eduroam.org/ You can also onboard using UOS-Connect.
