Inbound emails will be held in their respective mailboxes until the maintenance is completed
Outbound emails will not be sent during the maintenance window as the service is unavailable
Once the maintenance is complete - it may take some time for attachments on calls logged prior to become available. This is expected to complete by later Saturday morning
