Email - issue sending emails with over 100 recipients
Following investigation - there is no issue with sending emails.
We are investigating reports of an issue with sending an email from a St Andrews account to 100 or more external recipients -
This has been presented as:
- The St Andrews sender receiving some failed delivery / 'bounceback' messages
- Some recipients getting in touch to report not receiving the email
We will update this post accordingly as investigation progresses.
