We regret any inconvenience this may have caused if you were impacted by the incident."
Turnitin have updated their Status page with the following:
"A fix has been implemented, and we are monitoring the results.
There may be delays in report generation while we work through a backlog caused by the incident. "

Turnitin have notified of a Service Incident on their Status Page:
"Turnitin, Turnitin UK, iThenticate, Crossref, and users accessing Turnitin via an integration are currently experiencing an unexpected service incident.
During this time, you may experience slowness in Similarity Report generation."
