EX1255397 - Some users may be unable to access the default add-ins in Outlook
The Microsoft issue remains open. Microsoft have identified possible cause, and investigation continues.

Update on the two open Microsoft issues:

While the Microsoft issue remains open, an update has been made that should allow the app to return.
Anyone facing this issue will need to exit and restart Teams

Microsoft have a new, similar Service Health post relating to Microsoft Teams
"Users may be unable to view the planner app in Microsoft Teams."

Their next update on this reference is planned for 14:00 GMT, today.
Microsoft have updated their Service Health post.
The description of impact has widened from the 'My Templates' add-in, to 'default add-ins'.
Their next update is planned by 21:00 on 25th March.

Microsoft have created a Service Health post notifying that:
"Some users may be unable to access the My Templates add-in in Outlook. This issue impacts both the Outlook desktop client and Outlook on the web. Some affected users find that the “My Templates” icon is missing from the Outlook ribbon"
