The vendor have confirmed that our Unidesk environment has stabilised, and core functions are responsive.
Moving this post into 'Recovering' status for now - pending final resolution from the vendor.

Call queues not loading
Call counts on the Home page loading/spinning
Browser-based troubleshooting has not been seen to clear the problem
This has been logged with the vendor to be investigated as soon as possible.
