Resolving this post now - following no further reports of issues on the weekend.

Our Unidesk service has experienced some unexpected downtime this morning - so operators may experience some issues logging in.

The vendor that provides the service has acknowledged this and they are investigating.

Emails sent to mailboxes that import to Unidesk will continue to be processed into calls while the service is up, and will be queued for import later if the service drops.

This post will be updated accordingly as their investigation progresses.
