Please report any further issues to IT Service Desk, including details of location.
We have confirmation that calls can now be made from locations where an issue was reported.

We have received some reports of intermittent issues with telephones (also referred to as Mitel / PBX telephones)
This is being investigated by the supplier.

The Teams Telephony service is unaffected.
