PURE - access and performance issues
The PURE service has stablised since the initial reports of it being inaccessible this morning.
The vendor has not yet confirmed this is fully resolved.
We will update this post further once we have more information.
We have been informed of some issues accessing PURE this morning, and slower performance of the service.
Contact with the vendor confirms that they've identified an issue and are investigating.
