We have received reports that the 'Scan to Email' function is failing on Xerox devices this morning.
Attempting to Scan to Email may result in a delay of the job processing, and also a printout that reports the failed job.
Printing from UniPrint and WebPrint remains available The Copy function remains available on Xerox devices
This is being investigated and we will provide updates accordingly.
