MMS - impact on tasks related to SITS/eVision upgrade - Friday 20th March

The planned upgrade of SITS/eVision is now complete.

As a result - the MMS tasks that were listed as being impacted by that upgrade should now be available for use again.

If you have any further issues with those MMS tasks, please contact the IT Service Desk, providing details of which task, and include any messages or errors received.

Your patience while the upgrade was taking place is appreciated.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

There is a planned upgrade of the Student Records System (SITS/eVision) on Friday 20th March, starting at 08:00. Those services should also be considered at risk Saturday 21st March.

This will affect the following aspects of MMS:

  • Student disability information will not be visible
  • Student self-certificates will not be visible
  • PGR annual progress reports will not be available
  • PGR LoA/Extension/Discounted time applications will not be available
  • DEng project workflows will not be available
  • PGR students cannot be marked as ‘PGR Auditing’
  • Module results reporting will not available

Coursework submission will not be affected
