Turnitin - issue viewing submissions using Firefox browser
Turnitin's own status page is displaying 'all systems operational'.

If you do face any issues using Firefox to perform Turnitin tasks, please try an alternative browser.
If that does not help - please contact the IT Service Desk
We have received a small number of reports that staff are receiving an error message when viewing Turnitin reports with Firefox browser, in MMS and Moodle.
This has been reported to Turnitin.
In the meantime - we recommend using another available browser - e.g. Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
